Oracle and SCNet have formed a strategic alliance in which the Oracle Applications iPayment module has been bundled with SCNet's eCommerce transaction server, iPayBy Merchant Server, for customers wishing to process online real time credit card transactions through either the Oracle Applications iStore module or a Call Centre. The SCNet iPayBy Merchant Server uses the Camtech Payment Gateway, one of the most respected in Australia.

Customers using the Oracle Application modules - iStore, iProcurement, IVR and any other module with payment ability will be able to use the iPayBy Merchant Server solution as the final link for online credit card payments. From this solution a customer can order and pay for goods in real time utilising the Oracle Applications AR and Order Management modules to facilitate the payment and properly receipt it in real time. Where applicable, credit notes can be refunded straight back to the credit card. Manual re-keying mistakes can be circumvented completely.

The SCNet iPayBy Merchant Server solution is also multi-currency enabled.
