We have a simple, no nonsense pricing structure that both large and small organisations can understand and budget for easily. For instance, we don't charge you for "extra" monthly transactions or charge for AMEX/Diners setup. We have one annual renewal fee and, provided you have not gone over your transaction limits, no other fees apply.

Virtual Payment Terminal

All our products come with access to the iPayBy Administration Portal which provides a Virtual Payment Terminal.

The Virtual Payment Terminal gives you the capability to process payments from within an internet connected browser. It is the ideal tool for call centre sales and suitable for businesses that accept telephone and mail payments from customers. You can even use it for over the counter sales if you wish.

Multi-currency Payments

Yes - we allow multi-currency payments. This can be configured with each call to our gateway or on an adhoc basis, provided that your bank supports multicurrency payments.

Triggered, Batch and Recurring Payments

Our XML driven system provides you with an easy way to create, manage and schedule multiple payments in a batch (where immediate processing is not required) or periodic recurring payments (where processing in specified timeframes is required - for example weekly, fortnightly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly.)

The system also automatically detects failed payments and retries the following day until it gives up (just in case the customer's balance has increased and payments can then be captured). This relieves the administration overhead involved in dealing with declined recurring payments.

AntiFraud Screening and Protection

iPayBy has some of the most sophisticated AntiFraud tools on the market. We support 2 modes of operation:

AntiFraud Bronze: Tailored for the Australian Merchant shipping locally. The checks include:

Geo IP Address		A check of predefined list of high risk countries and non Australian IP addresses.
BIN		A check to see whether the Bank Indentification Number (BIN) is from an Australian bank.
CVC/CVV2		All transactions are checked against the 3 or 4 digit number on the back of the card.
Risk Score		Based on the above criteria and other criteria such as the shipping address and provided phone numbers.

AntiFraud Gold: Our most advanced AntiFraud product. As well as providing the same checks as AntiFraud Bronze this product offers the following:

BIN Info		The actual issuing bank address and phone details are returned.
IP Address		Comprehensive IP address Geo IP information is returned. Including whether the transaction orginated from an open proxy, high risk country or address known to be problematic.
Bin Match		The IP address is matched against the BIN issuing country. You can reject transactions if they do not match.
Risk Analysis		A comprehensive risk analysis score and explanation to help you determine the legimiticy of the transaction.
Attempts		You can reject transaction with too many same IP address attempts, same card attempts and so on.

Secure Hosted Payment Page

This facility allows you to accept and process credit card payments from customers via your website without having an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate.

You can tailor your own graphics and colours as well as customise the messages on your hosted payment page. This option is available for merchants who do not want to obtain and maintain their own SSL certificate.

Comprehensive Administration Portal

The iPayBy Administration Portal provides you with all the reporting and reconciliation capabilities you will need.

If you wish, you can export any report to Excel. We also offer an advanced search facility which allows you to search on almost any data column as well as giving you sorting options.

3D Secure and Verified By Visa

You can elect to purchase our plugin for Master and Verified by Visa Payments.

The plugin allows calls to the 3D Secure system via our Web Services, AJAX and Hosted payment page APIs. The user will be redirected to the 3D Secure system to enter in a PIN asscociated with their credit card.
